Policies

Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours. 

 

Our rates do not include gratuity.  If you feel it is appropriate, it is greatly appreciated.  Gratuity may not be added to the bill and is accepted in cash or check. 

 

Prices:

Prices will be determined by your service provider. All prices are subject to change. All prices start at our base prices and can increase from there. Color and cut prices will reflect length and thickness of hair. As with color, the amount used can also alter the finish price. Please consult with your service provider, before the procedure, to ensure prices.

 

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.

There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

 

Cancellations:

We appreciate a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. We will be more than happy to reschedule you for another date and time.

 

Returns:

There is no reason to keep a product that does not work for you! We do allow products to be returned within 7 days. Please note that this excludes any makeup or body purchase. A makeup analysis can be performed before any purchase.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. We create a beautiful wrapped gift set for each card purchased. Pick one up during an appointment or feel free to call ahead and we will have one ready for you 517 545 8004. All gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date. If lost, no worries, we keep all information on file at the salon!
